Shipping policy
Every Wildara piece is made to order, so please allow a short production time before your order ships. The estimated delivery times below include both production and shipping — from the day you order to the day it arrives.
Estimated delivery (US) — production + shipping:
Embroidered crewnecks, journals, and weekender bags — approximately 6–10 business days
Crop tops, oversized tees, crewneck sweatshirts, hats, and blankets — approximately 8–12 business days
Sleepwear — approximately 8–14 business days
Dog bandanas — approximately 6–14 business days
Dog leashes and collars — approximately 10–20 business days
*Personalized pieces may take one extra business day.
Estimated delivery (International) — production + shipping:
Canada — approximately 1–3 weeks for most items, 3–5 weeks for dog leashes and collars
Australia and New Zealand — approximately 2–5 weeks for most items, 4–6 weeks for dog leashes and collars, depending on customs
International customers may be responsible for customs or duty fees charged by their country.
Additional information:
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages, sometimes a few days apart. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.
During the holiday season, production may take a few days longer.
